In the documents, a lawyer for Pacheco argues that Renner's home is unsafe for a child, specifically citing a pool and a 12-foot-deep koi pond which are both unfenced. Pacheco also claims that Renner had previously told her he keeps one gun in a bar area in his home and another in his bedroom. Pacheco is requesting the court order him to child-proof the home by fencing in the pools and locking his guns and ammunition in a safe when Ava is in the house.
"I have been the parent that cares for Ava on a daily basis," Pacheco says in the legal papers. "[Renner] rarely spent one-on-one time with Ava and when he did it's my recollection it was as a result of my insistence that he do so."

"I am seeking an order from the Court requiring [Renner] to return my social security card and birth certificate, which were maintained in the safe at [his] residence, and my passport and drivers license which were in my wallet," the papers say.
Renner and Pacheco dated briefly
in 2013 and she became pregnant. Shortly after that, the two began
living together and Pacheco gave birth to Ava in March 2013. They were
married in secret on January 13, 2014. After less than a year of
marriage, Pacheco filed for divorce in December, listing November 29,
2014, as the legal date of separation. In her initial filing, Pacheco
argued their prenup should be voided due to "fraud."
A hearing to address the issues Pacheco has raised is scheduled for April 1.
